Urban Decay 15 Year Anniversary Eyeshadow Collection Swatches

Opulent and sleek, this gunmetal filigree treasure chest holds 15 NEW (as in never-seen!) shades in honor of Urban Decay's big 15. Neutrals shimmer, brights hypnotize and darker hues lend high-impact depth. Lift the shadow tray to reveal a sumptuous velvet-lined compartment for your jewelry... or whatever else you're hiding.

First thing, sorry about the reflections in the palette; as hard as I tried I couldn't get a picture without an insane reflection in the palette. Anyways, as soon as I heard about this palette I knew I needed it. The packaging is elegant and the shadows in it are new and limited edition. For $55, you get fifteen shadows and a gorgeous collectable, velvet-lined box with shiny detailing when the palette is empty. Each eyeshadow comes out to be $3.67. Did you hear that? Less than $4 each. For Urban Decay shadows. There is great variety in the palette too. Neutrals, brights and dark colors. Every one is super pigmented and applies very easily. Although the palette is a great bargain, the quality is the same Urban Decay awesomeness. I'm giddy about this. I'll stop talking and get on with the pictures and swatches.

This paletteis a dream come true to someone who is obsessed with makeup and love to play around with looks and color; a multitude of looks can be created with just this palette alone. From dark, smoky eyes to bright and fun to toned down neutral looks, the Anniversary Collection can do it all. The palette would also be ideal for someone who is just starting their makeup collection as it contains high quality product with a lot of basic highlighting colors and some unusual colors to play with.

I can't wait to play with Deep End, Half Truth, M.I.A. and Omen. Which colors do you want to try in The anniversary collection?
